Privacy Policy

Propelled MD collects only the information needed to deliver the service you requested, primarily, the intake details you provide in The Workup. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketers. We send you notifications about your submission and, if you ask for one, a diagnostic report. That is it.

The rest of this document is the precise legal statement of how that works, what your rights are, and how to contact us if you want your data removed.

This website is operated by Propelled MD, a custom digital-architecture firm serving physicians and medical practices. For the purposes of this policy, "Propelled MD," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Propelled MD and its principals. You can reach us at info@propelledit.com.

Information you provide directly. When you submit The Workup intake form, you give us professional identity information (name, NPI, specialty), practice context (practice name, role, market), current digital presence details (URLs, directory profiles), goal and market notes, and contact information (email, phone, preferred contact method, best time). You control what you submit.

Information collected automatically. Our server records limited technical information when you visit the site: IP address, browser user-agent, and pages requested. This is standard web-server logging and is used only to operate the site securely.

We do not collect: biometric data, payment information (no purchases happen on this site), patient health records, or children's information.

We use the information you provide for the following purposes and no others:

• To deliver your diagnostic report if you submit a Workup
• To respond to your inquiry or scheduling request
• To confirm whether your market is open, reserved, or held under The Selection protocol
• To communicate about a potential partnership if one is a fit
• To operate and secure the website itself

We do not use your information to train advertising models, build marketing lookalikes, or send unsolicited messages unrelated to your submission.

Submissions are stored on servers we control, protected by industry-standard security controls including access authentication, encryption in transit, and restricted administrative access. A copy of each Workup submission is also emailed to a single authorized Propelled MD inbox (info@propelledit.com) for review.

We take reasonable commercial measures to protect your information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. If we ever experience a data incident that affects you, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.

We share your information only with the following, and only to the extent required to operate the service:

• Email delivery. We use Google's SMTP service to deliver notifications about your submission. The contents of that email pass through Google's mail infrastructure under their standard terms.
• Web hosting. Our website runs on commercial hosting infrastructure, which has incidental access to standard server logs.
• Legal requirements. We will disclose information if compelled by law, subpoena, or to investigate fraud or protect the security of our systems.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• The right to request a copy of the information we hold about you
• The right to request correction of inaccurate information
• The right to request deletion of your information
• The right to withdraw consent for ongoing communications
• The right to opt out of future messages by replying to any email from us with "unsubscribe"

To exercise any of these rights, email info@propelledit.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you a fee for reasonable requests.

This site uses only the cookies required to deliver functionality, for example, remembering your progress through a multi-step form, or keeping you logged in if you access an administrative area. We do not run third-party advertising pixels. We do not use cross-site behavioral tracking.

Your browser settings can be used to block or clear cookies if you prefer. Doing so may affect the usability of certain features, such as multi-step form progress.

Workup submissions are retained while a conversation about partnership is ongoing and for a reasonable period afterward for business records (typically 24 months). Website server logs are retained for a shorter period, usually 90 days, and then rotated out.

If you request deletion under 07, we will remove your identifying information from active systems within 30 days, subject to limited retention of records required by law or for fraud prevention.

Propelled MD is a business-to-business service directed to practicing physicians and medical practices. It is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve or as required by law. Material changes will be indicated by an updated version number and effective date at the top of this page. If changes affect you materially, we will make reasonable efforts to notify individuals whose information is currently on file.

We will acknowledge your message within 5 business days and resolve the request within 30 days or as required by applicable law.
