One seat.
Per market.
Propelled MD enforces market exclusivity. In every metro, a single partnership per specialty. The board below shows how it works.
What a market
actually is.
A Propelled MD market is the intersection of one metro area and one specialty. "Dallas / Orthopaedic Surgery" is a market. "Dallas / Dermatology" is a different market entirely.
This is how exclusivity stays meaningful. A dermatology partnership does not block an orthopaedic partnership in the same city. Different patients, different searches, different markets. The seat is defined narrowly on purpose.
Every seat is in one of three states.
No partnership active.
The seat is available. Submit your Workup, the diagnostic runs, and if you want to proceed, the seat converts to Reserved the same day.
Workup in progress.
A physician has begun their Workup and the seat is held for the diagnostic window, typically 14 days. During reservation, no competing applications are reviewed. If the seat does not convert, it returns to Open automatically.
Partnership active.
The market is closed. No competing practice in the same specialty will be accepted for the duration of the engagement. Held seats only reopen on non-renewal. When they do, the waitlist goes first.
How a seat is claimed.
Four beats. No sales calls between them. No pressure in either direction.
You will be told on the first call.
We won't route you to a smaller package or a consolation offer. Held means held. If you want, we add you to the waitlist. When the seat reopens, you're the first name we call. No drip campaigns in between.
Check your market.
The Workup confirms seat availability in writing. Open, reserved, or held. A real answer in five business days, whether we partner or not.
